1.Team Leaders
Core Purpose: Manage the overall operations, financial performance, and credit cycles (appraisal to collection) of assigned LGT Credit Units to drive profitability and meet corporate targets.
Key Details
- Report To: Regional Manager
- Location: Flexible within Kenya (relocation required)
- Schedule: Mon-Fri (08:00 – 17:00), Sat (08:00 – 12:00)
- Compensation: Kshs. 25,000 monthly plus performance bonuses
Core Responsibilities
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly unit goals for loan issuance and collections.
- Risk Management: Perform background checks, identity verifications, and fraud prevention.
- Team Leadership: Guide unit staff, resolve logistical issues, and maintain high service standards.
- Market Growth: Acquire new clients, retain existing ones, and expand financial inclusion.
- Administration: Oversee office hygiene, filing systems, inventory, and timely management reporting.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year managing teams in high-pressure environments.
- Track Record: Proven history of strong leadership and meeting performance targets.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and data confidentiality.
- Mindset: Proactive, ethical, hands-on team player who thrives under minimal supervision.
- Sales & Marketing Interns
Core Purpose: A one-month learning and supportive role designed to assist field officers in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and service delivery.

- Report To: Team Leader
- Location: Various regions across Kenya
- Schedule: Mon-Fri (08:00 – 17:00), Sat (08:00 – 12:00)
- Compensation: Kshs. 20,000 monthly plus performance bonuses
Core Responsibilities
- Field Support: Collaborate with Loan and Collection Officers to meet daily targets.
- Client Engagement: Conduct customer education, build local networks, and handle complaints.
- Market Intelligence: Assist in lead generation, marketing campaigns, and gathering market feedback.
- Portfolio Assistance: Help team members restructure client repayment plans where necessary.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Technical Skill: Fully computer literate with strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Added Advantages: Prior experience in financial services or working with low-income market segments.
- Mindset: Energetic self-starter, highly organized, and deeply committed to customer service.
